Sign-up to be a Vendor!

Vendor Application Information

Booth Fees: 

Size of Booths: 10' x 10' or 15' x 5' 

$80.00 (if completed on/before October 11, 2025)

$85.00 (if completed after October 11, 2025)

Each booth comes with two chairs and additional items can be purchased per request. 

 

Additional Items:

$20.00 Preferred Space (first come, first serve basis based on payment.) 

$10.00 Table (size 6' x 2.5')

$10.00 Electrical Access 

 

The application deadline is Saturday, November 1, 2025. 

Accepted applicants will receive a confirmation email no later than Wednesday, November 5, 2025.

 

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED AFTER OCTOBER 18, 2025

Booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis based on payment, and the availability of unreserved spaces. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but cannot make guarantees.

 

PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE A BOOTH SPACE CAN BE RESERVED!

4. After we receive your application and payment, you will receive a confirmation email accepting you into the Holiday Bazaar. 
We will not send you an acceptance email if you have not completed the application or made the payment. 

5. We will send out the Vendor Packet and booth assignment information approximately one month prior to the event.
